This Policy does not change any separate written agreement between Lockhern Digital and a client, vendor, or contractor. It also does not govern information we handle on behalf of our clients as their service provider. That is explained in Section 6.

We may receive information about you from advertising and analytics platforms, social media and professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, referral partners, and publicly available sources.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:

Managing your preferences. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the cookie banner that appears when you visit the Site, and you can change your choices at any time through the Site’s cookie settings. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, use the platform controls listed above, or opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
Do Not Track. There is no common industry standard for responding to browser “Do Not Track” signals, and the Site does not currently respond to them. Use the cookie settings described above instead.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting and forms (including Elementor), cloud storage, customer relationship management, email delivery, analytics, project management, communications, scheduling, accounting, payment processing, and IT and security providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners, including the companies listed in Section 3, for measurement, attribution, and advertising.
- Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers, where reasonably necessary.
- A buyer or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
- Law enforcement, courts, or others when we believe disclosure is needed to comply with the law, respond to legal process, protect our rights or systems, investigate suspected wrongdoing, or protect anyone’s safety.
- Others with your consent or at your direction.
5. Advertising
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use the advertising and analytics tools described in Section 3, which allow those companies to collect information about your visits to the Site so we can measure our ads and show our ads to you on other sites and platforms. You can limit this through the cookie settings and platform controls in Section 3.
6. Information We Handle for Our Clients
To deliver our services, clients give us access to their advertising, analytics, website, e-commerce, email marketing, and customer relationship management accounts (for example, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Meta Business Manager). Some clients also give us lists of their own customers, which we upload to advertising platforms such as Meta and Google to build custom or matched audiences for that client’s campaigns.
When we handle this information, we act as a service provider (sometimes called a processor) to our client. We use it only to perform services for that client, on the client’s instructions and under our contract with the client. The client’s own privacy policy, not this Policy, governs how the client collects and uses its customers’ information. If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a question about your information, please contact that business directly. If you contact us instead, we will refer your request to the client where appropriate.
7. Your Choices
- Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing privacy@lockherndigital.com. We may still send you non-promotional messages about active work, invoices, security, or legal matters.
- Cookies and ads. See Section 3.
- Access, correction, and deletion. Where required by applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@lockherndigital.com. Even where the law does not require it, we will consider your request in good faith. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information where we need it for legal, contractual, security, or recordkeeping reasons.
8. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain client relationships and business and financial records, meet contractual and legal requirements, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect against fraud and security incidents. How long we keep particular information depends on what it is, the relationship involved, and applicable law.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No website, system, or method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any credentials under your control confidential.
10. Third-Party Websites
The Site may link to websites and services run by others. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies before giving them your information.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. Visitors Outside the United States
Lockhern Digital is based in the United States and the Site is intended for U.S. users. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other places where our service providers operate.
